1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Accurate Information

5. Account Security

7. Withdrawals

bc444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. bc444 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the individual promotion terms explicitly state otherwise;

9. Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance

9.3 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time (as defined in sport-specific rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed but takes place within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will stand unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules for that market.

9.4 Cricket-Specific Rules

Cricket markets on bc444 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series — are subject to specific settlement rules based on the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable. Match winner markets will be settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB). Disputes regarding cricket market settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the market closing.

10. Casino Game Rules

11. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;

12. Account Suspension & Termination

bc444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Account activity that bc444 determines, in its sole judgement, to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform;
• At the Player's own request (voluntary closure).

In cases of suspension pending investigation, the Player's balance will be held and will not be processed for withdrawal until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, the balance may be permanently forfeited. If the investigation finds no breach, the balance and account access will be restored promptly.

13. Responsible Gaming

16. Amendments to These Terms

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bc444 is incorporated as an offshore entity. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised with support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules applicable in bc444's jurisdiction of incorporation. Players retain any statutory rights available to them under the laws of their own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
